Dear—,

You are warmly invited to The Grateful Debt on Saturday December 13, our first fundraising event
and a last chance to bid goodbye to our shop front location in the Passage Bailli-Louise.

Since May of this year we've run a lavish program of exhibitions and events:
· 7 exhibitions ·
· 3 performances ·
· 2 talks ·
· 23 artists ·
· 77 pieces ·

Winona is entirely self-funded. All the running costs from rent to insurance to transport are covered by the three of us.
We've been generously helped by many artists and friends who have lent and smuggled works and equipment but that still leaves many costs we have taken on ourselves.

If you've enjoyed our program, and have the means to do so, please consider supporting us in one of the following ways:

· Limited editions by Marina Pinsky and Marina Rosenfeld will be available and affordably priced (images on request) ·
· The last Winona long-sleeves will be available on a first-come, first-served basis ·
· We are accepting donations large and small online (contact us), or in cash on the night ·

Ideally, we are hoping to raise €6,000, or approximately the rent and material costs for our year's program.
Getting there (or getting close) allows us to keep the program going in some format in the future.

·

Donation or not, please feel warmly invited to the event.
The exhibition Friends & Neighbours will be open during the finissage.

Winona will be open from 14:00—21:00, editions on view from 16:00.
At 19:00, we will screen Reverse Action, a new film by Yezi Lin, supported by Display Distribute.
This film documents Lin's travel from Guangzhou to make a special delivery to Winona.
The film lasts approximately 30 minutes.

Gratefully yours,

Charlie, Sabrina, and Henry
